out and about on the coastal path today for a wee look at braefoot in daylight. few wee paths to follow and some doonhill/jumpy bits that the locals were out tending too. not really had a local woods to play in since moving out of auld reekie, but this looks like a nice wee spot to while away an evening come summer.

sounds great, not ridden along the coast since i lived in australia.
Ah, you got out in the dry spell.
Me, I got a tad wet in the morning.
trev - cannae be that far to the coast? isn't there a canal path all the way there? ;)
grant - aye, at that particular point. pished doon when i got down to the pier at braefoot. got soaked on the way home.
I spent 10 minutes standing behind a big feck-off tree sheltering from the horizontal rain at one point and missed out the climb to the high stuff as it meant riding up the most exposed area of forest.
Still, it was a nice spin through the more covered singletrack and the rain did go aay for the exposed ride home on the road.
Now I've just got to decide where to go today, and on what.
